About The Position

Get Air is seeking a high-energy, creative, and outgoing National Content Creator & Brand Ambassador to travel across the U.S. and Canada. This role involves creating social media content, hosting events, and contributing to the growth of the Get Air brand both online and within local communities. The ideal candidate will be adept at storytelling, capturing energy, connecting with people, and transforming everyday moments in parks into engaging social content that drives excitement, community, and brand awareness. Responsibilities include creating various forms of short-form video content, serving as an on-camera personality, and building a reusable content library. The role also requires regular travel to Get Air locations to host and support events, generate local excitement, and engage with communities. Additionally, the position involves community outreach, coordinating influencer collaborations, and growing social media presence across multiple platforms. The company is looking for individuals with strong on-camera presence, video editing skills, a willingness to travel, and a creative, self-motivated attitude. Preferred backgrounds include content creators, influencers, athletes, and marketing professionals.

Requirements

• Strong on-camera presence and communication skills
• Experience creating content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
• Basic to advanced video editing skills
• Comfortable traveling frequently
• Outgoing, energetic, and highly self-motivated
• Strong storytelling instincts and creativity
• Ability to work independently while traveling

Nice To Haves

• Experience hosting events or engaging with crowds is a plus
• Photography, drone, or YouTube experience is a plus
• Experience growing a personal or brand social account is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Create TikToks, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Stories, and other short-form content
• Film and edit content both on-site and while traveling
• Capture exciting park moments, customer reactions, events, and challenges
• Develop recurring social media series and trend-based content
• Serve as an on-camera personality and face of the brand
• Create engaging behind-the-scenes and community-driven storytelling content
• Build a large reusable content library for marketing campaigns
• Travel regularly to Get Air locations across the U.S. and Canada
• Host and support grand openings, relaunches, influencer nights, dodgeball tournaments, birthday events, and special activations
• Create event coverage content in real time
• Help parks generate local excitement and awareness
• Build relationships with local schools, PTAs, youth sports organizations, and businesses
• Coordinate influencer collaborations and creator partnerships
• Participate in local community events and sponsorship activations
• Help strengthen Get Air’s local presence in each market
• Help grow engagement and audience across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook
• Stay current on trends, sounds, editing styles, and platform best practices
• Collaborate with leadership and the marketing team on campaign ideas
• Identify viral content opportunities and execute quickly
