About The Position

P3 Health Partners is seeking a National Care Management Clinical Trainer & Auditor to lead the onboarding, education, and professional development of its Care Management teams across multiple markets. This role involves influencing how clinicians learn and grow, partnering with executive leadership, clinical operations, and subject matter experts to design innovative training programs. The ideal candidate is a clinician passionate about education, coaching, curriculum development, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • LVN/RN License in one or more of the following states: Arizona, California, Nebraska, Nevada, or Oregon
  • Active clinical background with a minimum of 2 years of population health, care management, and nursing experience.
  • Experience facilitating training, onboarding, or staff development programs.
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare operations, and medical terminology.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, virtual training platforms, and learning technologies.
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations, care management workflows, and clinical best practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience designing curricula and learning materials for healthcare professionals.
  • Experience supporting multi-site or multi-state healthcare organizations.
  • CME administration or continuing education program experience.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage new hire onboarding and orientation programs for clinical Care Management staff across all P3 markets.
  • Design, develop, deliver, and evaluate engaging clinical training programs for care management roles.
  • Partner with the National Director of Care Management, Clinical Operations leaders, IT teams, and medical leadership to identify training needs and align learning strategies with operational priorities.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive learning materials, including: Training curricula, Playbooks and handbooks, Job aids and tip sheets, Presentation decks, Recorded learning modules, Assessments and quizzes.
  • Facilitate instructor-led training both in-person and virtually.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for Care Management staff seeking guidance on workflows, processes, and role-specific responsibilities.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through audits, observation, feedback, and performance metrics.
  • Utilize data and continuous improvement methodologies to enhance learning outcomes and support best clinical practices.
  • Coordinate training schedules and logistics for new clinical hires across California, Nevada, Oregon, Arizona, Florida, and future markets.
  • Support clinical quality initiatives by reinforcing standardized workflows, documentation practices, and operational excellence.
  • Evaluate and recommend learning technologies, tools, and external training programs that enhance employee development.
