Description: The National Business Development Manager is a true hunter responsible for driving outside sales growth by identifying and closing new accounts that significantly contribute to the growth of Elwood Staffing. The NBDM will be assigned to a specific industry vertical and will be charged with hunting new opportunities in that vertical. This position requires daily prospecting and routine face-to-face interaction with prospects, and close coordination with Elwood's leadership. The NBDM will sell large scale light industrial, Master Vendor and Professional solutions. What you will get to do as a National Business Development Manager: The National Business Development Manager - Government is responsible for driving outside sales growth in the federal government market. The nature of the work performed in this position requires engagement with key stakeholders within federal agencies, with a focus on building strong relationships and staying informed about market trends.
