This role supports the execution of project plan activities and ensures effective coordination across internal and external teams for assigned programs. It establishes and manages project timelines, oversees the development and dissemination of patient tools and resources, and maintains project tracking and reporting. The role works closely with cross functional teams to drive progress and achieve program goals and benchmarks. This position can be home based. This is a full time, benefits eligible, grant funded opportunity. Current funding will expire on January 30, 2029, with the potential of extension.
