As a Regional Administrative Coordinator you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with diverse teams across a region. You will make an impact by enabling leaders and sales teams to operate efficiently through proactive administrative coordination, communications support, and operational follow-through.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED from an accredited institution AND (3) three years of combined experience in an administrative, coordinator, assistant, secretarial, and/or clerical role in a private, public, government, or military environment
  • Associate Degree or higher from an accredited institution AND (1) one year of combined experience in an administrative, coordinator, assistant, secretarial, and/or clerical role in a private, public, government, or military environment

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills, including drafting clear messages for broad distribution.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience supporting leaders and/or sales teams, including calendar management, travel coordination, and expense support.
  • Comfort working with reporting tools and systems (e.g., PowerBI, Workday, Concur, roster tracking, and basic data analysis in Excel).
  • Experience coordinating meetings and events, including vendor/venue logistics, registration, and approvals.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • Demonstrated discretion when handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Regional/Area sales leaders and their teams, including calendar management, meeting coordination, tracking key performance metrics, and handling routine correspondence.
  • Serve as first-level support for common travel and expense questions; troubleshoot issues and coordinate with internal support teams as needed.
  • Schedule candidate interviews and support hiring logistics, including interview agendas and coordination with Talent Acquisition and hiring teams.
  • Support regional/area communications by drafting and distributing memos, reminders, updates, and meeting notes at the direction of leadership.
  • Maintain team rosters and Outlook distribution lists; support collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams channels for territories/regions.
  • Generate and distribute standard reports (e.g., rankings, target lists, operational reports, etc.) and help maintain tracking logs for regional activities.
  • Coordinate with HR, marketing and sales training to support the smooth onboarding of new employees and offboarding of exiting employees (e.g., ordering/returning equipment, ensuring access requests are complete, etc.)
  • Support tradeshow/convention requests and payment processing; collect and track required management approvals (e.g., exhibits, ordering, territory coverage).
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality while supporting leaders, employees, and business partners.
  • Supporting front desk coverage, including greeting visitors and managing incoming calls.
  • Receiving and distributing mail and packages for St. Louis office.
  • Ordering and maintaining office supplies and coordinating with vendors as needed.
  • Supporting site operations to ensure a functional, organized office environment.
  • Partnering with leadership and HR to plan and execute site engagement and culture-building activities (e.g., employee events, celebrations, recognition moments).
