About The Position

We are a full-service HVAC, building automation, chiller, and retrofit contractor with a reputation for combining high-quality consulting services with customized energy solutions. Our integrated, single-source solutions include turnkey in-house capabilities with design assistance, as well as engineering applications and automated control systems. Job Summary To coordinate the effort of properly covering all National Account customer communication, carrying out all requests to the appropriate completion, managing information to maximize efforts, and being proactive to exceed customer expectations. Responsible for operational oversight of all National Accounts (NA) that overlap all office territories of Mesa's existing and future accounts. Will work with all Mesa offices (local branches) to ensure proper procedures and processes are followed to support existing and future customers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma preferred or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years’ experience working in a team environment.
  • Effective oral & written communication skills
  • Ability to organize and plan daily responsibilities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Knowledge and navigation through all Mesa operating systems to provide assistance and training as necessary.
  • Log calls for history and transfer information through our network to the appropriate service provider/local branches.
  • Follow up on all calls, striving to complete every call in a timely manner, meeting or exceeding customers' timelines.
  • Quote additional work created by our service technicians and submit these quotes in the appropriate form in a timely manner to the respective customers accordingly.
  • Upon authorization, notify the appropriate service provider and follow up to ensure the timely completion of all approved work.
  • Ensure proper supporting documents are provided when submitting additional work quotes and invoicing packages.
  • Monitor all data to respond to situations before the customer calls us proactively.
  • Be a positive influence in representing EMCOR/Mesa Energy Systems to our National Account customers and as a fellow member of the National Accounts team.
  • Maintain ownership of each project/service call from start to finish, ensuring timely handling of the project in every phase, including, but not limited to, timely service call initiation, timely quotation of additional work, timely invoicing, and clear communication with all involved parties on the progress of the ongoing project/service call.
  • Responsible for all quotes and quote compliance as per NA customer requirements.
  • First responder and communicator with the Customer for all support-related issues.
  • Oversight of setting up new national accounts in Coins
  • Oversight to ensure correct national accounts billing for all respective Mesa accounts.
  • Ensure all new national accounts, labor rates, and special instructions are completed.
  • Oversee “Roll Out” training for every office to ensure proper flow; be hands-on in each branch as needed.
  • Ensure all respective maintenance contracts are correctly set up in Coins and update as required for new rates, revisions, and renewals.
  • Responsible for the timely processing of AR, handling/coordinating any escalated issues relating to collecting these accounts.
  • Sales support for customers as required.
  • Attendance of any customer-related training or meetings required for processes or procedures.
  • Ensure reports are completed as required for proper tracking and review.
