About The Position

The National Account Sales Executive is a high-impact, hunter role for a proven sales leader who can open doors, influence complex buying groups, and turn strategic relationships into significant revenue. Success in this role requires disciplined prospecting, strong pipeline management, confident solution selling, and the drive to lead complex opportunities through the full sales cycle. This individual will drive new business growth and strengthen existing national account relationships across key markets. By staying informed on trends in fleet branding, advertising, transportation, franchising, and national account buying behavior, this sales leader will position Advertising Vehicles competitively, expand market presence, and win high-value national business.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, including account management, business development, or related sales experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with building out a new territory and acquiring new high value target accounts
  • Hunter mentality with comfort in cold outreach and high-rejection sales environments
  • Proven success hitting quarterly and annual sales quota target
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% based on business needs

Nice To Haves

  • A proven track record working in the fleet graphics industry, as well as working with fleet management companies, upfitters, and OEM's.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience selling branding, advertising, graphics, signage, print, or related B2B solutions to national or multi-location accounts.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and disciplined pipeline management required; experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Monday.com is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Generate New Business and Expand Within Your Territory
  • Drive sales growth by identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities with new and existing customers.
  • Present fleet branding and vehicle graphics solutions that align with customer needs, business goals, and project requirements.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity, pipeline documentation, and forecasting in HubSpot while working to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Stay informed on trends in fleet branding, advertising, transportation, franchising, and national account buying behavior to position Advertising Vehicles competitively in the marketplace.
  • Establish Strong Client Rapport
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current accounts while cultivating new customer partnerships.
  • Lead client conversations from initial concept and discovery through proposal, negotiation, contract execution, and order booking.
  • Partner for Success
  • Collaborate with Estimating and Technical teams to position specifications, solutions, and execution strategies throughout the pre-close process.
  • Partner with Marketing, Design, Production, Installation, Operations, and Account Management to ensure a smooth handoff and strong client experience from sale through execution.
