About The Position

We're seeking a dynamic National Account Manager to join our team. The National Account Manager role is a strategic position focused on providing exceptional support to key enterprise clients. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep understanding of customer needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, resolving complex issues, and driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights. This is a Monday-Friday position working 9am - 6pm shift.

Requirements

  • At least two years related experience – tech support/troubleshooting experience is a plus.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record in account management and customer relationship building
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in Salesforce is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Define resource and technological requirements for improved reporting and dashboard tools.
  • Foster and strengthen relationships with corporate and site-level management.
  • Work with internal management to refine operational standards for national account tiers.
  • Collaborate with National Account Directors to enhance and streamline value-added service offerings.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to develop and execute effective national account communication and deliverables.
  • Oversee a portfolio of 6-10 national accounts, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Resolve complex issues by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Open and manage cases/work orders as required.
