About The Position

DSI Security Services is seeking a National Account Manager to oversee multi-site security operations for a large client portfolio based out of the West Chester, PA area. This role primarily works day shift, Monday through Friday; however, candidates must be flexible to work evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays as operational needs arise.

Requirements

  • Account management experience required
  • Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Contract security management experience strongly preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Organized, proactive leader with strong time-management skills
  • Customer-service driven with relationship-building ability
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must meet all pre-employment requirements

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily security operations at assigned client locations
  • Partner with client leadership, Site Supervisors, and DSI management
  • Ensure proper staffing, training, and equipment at all sites
  • Provide coverage for open posts as needed
  • Review daily activity reports for accuracy and completeness
  • Manage uniforms, equipment, vehicles, and supplies
  • Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits
  • Maintain knowledge of client and site-specific SOPs
  • Coordinate coverage for remote sites and special events
  • Travel to sites to support initiatives and operational needs
  • Support invoicing and ensure timely client billing
  • Assign and manage system access (Workday, Genetec)
  • Interview, onboard, and train security personnel
  • Oversee ongoing training and compliance requirements
  • Manage scheduling to optimize coverage and control overtime
  • Enforce DSI policies, Code of Ethics, and Uniform Standards
  • Support retention initiatives and employee engagement
  • Communicate regularly with site supervisors
  • Conduct performance evaluations and manage disciplinary actions
  • Monitor completion of client-required training
