Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree required.
  • 5+ years of sales experience as well as data-driven decision making.
  • Strong Product/Company/fleet automotive industry knowledge as well as Ford/automotive systems knowledge.
  • Must be willing to travel up to 50% (including overnight).
  • Must reside in Phoenix, AZ or surrounding area.
  • Well-rounded business acumen.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent customer relationship/interpersonal skills required to support direct customer contact.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve objectives & key results with ICE / BEV vehicle sales, Charging, Telematics and Service solutions.
  • Develop Competitive Price Allowance (CPA) proposals for commercial sales.
  • Provide counsel to fleets on new product offerings, production and distribution timing and total cost of ownership analysis.
  • Participate in fleet conventions, associations, and other fleet industry events at the local and national levels.
  • Access and rely daily on a range of Ford systems: FBMS, Vincent, Vehicle Visibility, FIMPs, CONCEPs, NAVIS, GFIN, SAMS... etc.
