About The Position

The National Sales Manager is a key contributor to developing and implementing commercial product growth strategies in conjunction with the business unit leadership and product management. This strategic contributor is responsible for sales growth and market share gain opportunities with new and existing customers. Manages the sales effectiveness of the independent reps and ensures that the sales funnel remains on track to deliver to budget expectations. This role requires up to 75% travel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with a focus on Marketing, Engineering, Business, or related discipline required.
  • 5+ years of related sales and/or product management experience in the field.
  • Experience with water management and plumbing products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer Focus – Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
  • Action Oriented – Takes on new opportunities and tough challenges with a sense of urgency, high energy, and enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all Zurn Elkay sink business development, working with Sales Team to deliver.
  • Develop, align and supervise execution of strategic plans to achieve sales targets with Directors and Regional team.
  • Assist Directors & Finance in forecasting.
  • Develop/maintain strong key relationships with Winsupply
  • Collaborate and assist with Area Manager Sales team to deliver budget.
  • Work with Product Management to identify gaps & new opportunities for BU business.
  • Work with Product Management to assist ZE product training development in order to communicate value proposition.
