About The Position

Ready to lead growth with some of the biggest names in retail? Litehouse is seeking a full-time National Account Manager - Walmart/Sam's Club to join our team. Ideal candidate is located in Bentonville, AR. As a National Account Manager , you'll own relationships with Litehouse's most strategic customers, driving profitable growth, strengthening partnerships, and uncovering new opportunities. This role blends big-picture strategy with hands-on execution, managing complex national accounts while influencing everything from forecasting to promotions to digital strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 10+ years of experience in CPG food sales.
  • 5-7 years managing national accounts with Walmart and Sam's Club.
  • Strong strategic thinking, financial acumen, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex product portfolios and senior-level client relationships.
  • High level of autonomy, organization, and accountability.
  • Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Circana (IRI), Retail Link, and MADRID.
  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Any job offer will be based on the results of the background check.

Responsibilities

  • Own the customer strategy and relationship with national retail partners, ensuring alignment to sales, margin, and profitability goals (POS, Gross Sales, Net Revenue, Margin, NOI).
  • Develop and execute customer business plans, including sales objectives, promotions, advertising, and assortment strategies.
  • Build strong relationships across retail organizations, including buying, merchandising, marketing, operations, logistics, and senior leadership.
  • Lead forecasting and planning in partnership with Demand Planning, ensuring accurate projections and timely issue resolution.
  • Use market, category, and consumer data to identify growth opportunities and strengthen category leadership.
  • Serve as the brand expert, supporting retailer digital strategies and ensuring consistent execution.
  • Monitor performance, adjust plans as needed, and proactively manage risks and opportunities.
  • Manage complexity across multiple priorities, timelines, data sources, and internal/external stakeholders.
