The Caesarstone Porcelain Field Manager serves as an in-the-field evangelist for their product category. This individual acts as product advocate, fabricator trainer, A&D technical subject matter expert, works with trade groups, and offers support to sales. With market specific knowledge, the field manager travels throughout a large territory, acting as a corporate liaison to sales. Knowledge of both porcelain countertops and floor / wall tile is a must. This individual must know how to seek out new customers, creating a warm hand-off to sales, as well as evaluate existing distribution and work to either build up their capabilities or augment sales with additional solutions. In addition, this individual may be called on to assess claims and provide training when needed. This job requires up to 60% travel time to perform the tasks as outlined below.
