The Refinery National Account Manager will work directly with the Refinery Industry Manager and Industrial Group to implement and execute the Industrial Group strategy for sustaining and growing our National Account partnerships. This includes managing corporate relationships with multiple National Accounts, conducting Business Reviews, providing reporting, price management and growing existing business. The National Account Manager will work closely with Refinery Industry Manager, field leadership and field support. This is a remote role that will support the Houston and Indianapolis markets . Our ideal candidate must be in CST time zone, preferably within easy commuting distance of locations in Houston, TX and Indianapolis, IN.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Sales, Management, or Channel experience
  • Superior Teamwork Skills
  • Strong process orientation
  • Total Quality Culture Oriented
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously.

Responsibilities

  • Build, grow, and optimize National Account relationship to acquire new business, increase retention, and drive sales.
  • Serve as liaison and primary point of contact for National Accounts.
  • Track, measure, and report National Account performance.
  • Communicate and implement National Account service agreement deliverables across the organization.
  • Evaluate Power BI data and report to intercompany and customer.
  • Maintain pricing and other key aspects of contract
