We're excited to announce the opening for a National Account Manager, Drug & Convenience to join our dynamic North America Sales team! The National Account Manager – Drug & Alternative Channels is responsible for driving revenue growth across the Drug and Alternative Channels by expanding distribution, strengthening brand affinity, and increasing mission awareness with major Drug Channel retailers, convenience stores, alternative channel partners, and e‑commerce accounts. Oversees distributor development and performance, broker management, trade show execution, trade spend optimization, sales training, customer presentations, and in‑market sampling programs for the chocolate portfolio. Leads the overall strategy for the Drug and Convenience channels, including route‑to‑market design, portfolio planning, and the development of key initiatives to achieve ambitious growth targets
