About The Position

Wise Foods is seeking a National Account Manager – Food Service & Vending to lead customer growth in food service and vending channels under the redesigned channel-focused structure.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred
5+ years of national or key account experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive national account strategies for club and value-channel customers aligned with Wise Foods' growth and profitability objectives.
Lead annual and multi-year account planning, including volume forecasting, promotional calendars, pricing strategies, and distribution priorities.
Translate broader commercial objectives into channel-specific execution plans.
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned national club and value-channel customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer buying, merchandising, and supply chain teams.
Lead customer negotiations related to pricing, promotions, assortments, and contractual terms.
Manage account performance against volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
Monitor promotional execution, distribution performance, and assortment compliance.
Identify performance gaps and develop corrective action plans in collaboration with internal teams.
Partner closely with Marketing to develop customer-specific promotional and merchandising strategies.
Work with Supply Chain and Sales Operations to align inventory, forecasting, and service requirements.
Coordinate with regional sales and distribution teams to ensure effective in-market execution.
Utilize sales data, customer insights, and performance analytics to inform decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Prepare and present account performance reviews, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to internal stakeholders.
