About The Position
A family in Franklin Lakes is looking for a nanny to help in caring for their children, a 2-year-old and a newborn. Their ideal schedule is 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). However, the family is extremely flexible with the days for a part-time schedule (20-25 hours a week). This family is seeking a nanny who is able to handle both children alone, but also able to work as a team with Mom. Nanny has the option for live-in or live-out.
Requirements
- Experienced with newborns
- Experienced with potty training
- Able to swim
- Must be able to provide valid work and childcare references
- Must be able to handle both children alone
- Must be able to work as a team with Mom
- Nanny vehicle required
Nice To Haves
- Degree would be a plus
Responsibilities
- Meal preparation
- Tidying up after the children
- Doing the dishes
- Washing the children’s bottles
- Potty training assistance
- Spending time outside the home with the children for activities like going to the library, taking the children to the park, etc.
