About The Position
A welcoming family of 3 in Campbell, CA is seeking a full-time nanny for their 11-month-old daughter. The parents are an easygoing couple who enjoy outdoor activities, animals, and reading. Mom works from home and will be available, but the nanny will be expected to confidently lead the workday. The family has two friendly small dogs, so comfort with pets is important. The ideal candidate is warm, patient, playful, communicative, and adaptable, preferring to follow a child's natural rhythm. A screen-free environment and discretion are valued. The role involves providing attentive care, preparing meals, supporting routines, engaging in play-based learning, and handling child-related household tasks. This is a long-term opportunity for 1-2 years.
Requirements
- 5 years of childcare experience caring for children between newborn and 3 years old
- CPR certified or willing to get certified
- Fluent in English
- Willing to complete a drug screening if requested
- Willing to sign a work NDA if requested
- Comfortable around small dogs
- Willing to care for children through mild, noncontagious illnesses

Responsibilities
- Provide attentive care throughout the day
- Prepare age-appropriate meals and small bites
- Support breastfeeding routines
- Change diapers
- Assist with two daily naps
- Read to the child
- Engage in play
- Create developmentally appropriate learning opportunities
- Encourage active and sensory play through music, tactile activities, climbing, outdoor time, and other experiences
- Perform child-related household responsibilities including baby laundry, tidying play and eating areas, cleaning up after meals, and keeping the child’s belongings organized
