About The Position

A loving family in Roswell is seeking an experienced, nurturing, and engaging nanny to care for their happy and healthy 11-week-old baby. The ideal candidate will have strong newborn and infant experience and be passionate about supporting developmental milestones during the first year of life. The family is looking for someone who can help establish healthy sleep habits, assist with nap routines, and support the baby's transition from contact naps to more independent sleep. Daily responsibilities will include age-appropriate developmental play, tummy time, sensory activities, singing, reading, narrating daily routines, outdoor walks, and finding enriching classes and activities within the community. The family hopes to find a nanny who is warm, bubbly, communicative, and genuinely interested in becoming a trusted extension of the family. Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply, as bilingual exposure would be considered a wonderful bonus. During nap times, the nanny will assist with child-related household tasks, including washing bottles and pump parts, maintaining and organizing the nursery, rotating toys, stocking diapering supplies, baby laundry, organization projects, taking out diaper pails, and communicating household supply needs. Additional responsibilities may include light housekeeping, unloading the dishwasher, meal preparation, and cooking simple, healthy family meals. As the baby grows, the nanny may also assist with introducing purees and age-appropriate feeding routines. The family values professionalism, excellent communication, flexibility, and a proactive attitude, and they are seeking someone who can confidently support both the baby's development and the smooth operation of the household while the parents work. There is 1 small dog in the home.
