About The Position

A warm, multicultural family near Vinings is seeking a part-time nanny/mother’s helper to support their energetic 2-year-old daughter and newborn son (due in June). Their daughter is highly social, confident, and playful, with a big personality—she loves reading, puzzles, outdoor play, and creative activities. The family is looking for an engaging, bubbly, and nurturing nanny who can create fun, developmentally appropriate activities while also helping establish structure, including transitioning her to crib sleeping, supporting nap routines, and assisting with potty training. The role will also include care for the newborn, such as supporting feeding routines, engaging in tummy time, encouraging developmental milestones, and following a Montessori-inspired, hands-on approach with reading, narration, and outdoor walks. The nanny will primarily work alongside a stay-at-home mom and may occasionally provide additional newborn support. Light household duties include tidying up after the children, family laundry (including bed linens), unloading dishes, and washing bottles. The ideal candidate is punctual, communicative, positive, and genuinely warm, bringing a calm, no-gossip, professional presence into the home. There is 1 dog in the home.
