About The Position
A family in Woodbury, NY 11797 is seeking a warm, dependable, and organized part-time nanny to care for their three children, ages 12, 9, and 2½. This is a long-term position for someone who enjoys balancing childcare with light household support while creating a safe, engaging environment for the children.
Requirements
- Prior childcare experience required
- Experience caring for toddlers preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong reliability and punctuality
- Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States
Nice To Haves
- Family speaks Hebrew at home, but English is welcomed
Responsibilities
- Assist with light housekeeping before the children arrive home, including dishes, children's laundry, vacuuming, general tidying, and snack preparation
- Pick up the family's toddler from daycare using the family vehicle
- Transport the older children to after-school activities as needed
- Provide attentive care and supervision for all three children
- Plan age-appropriate activities for the toddler
- Maintain a safe, organized, and nurturing environment
