Lansdale, PA Start Date: September 15th Hours: Monday: 8:30 a.m.–5:30 p.m.; Tuesday & Wednesday: 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; Thursday: 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.; Friday: 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Guaranteed 40 hours per week | Tues - Thurs end times can be more flexible as needed Hourly Rate: $27-35 Children: 3-year-old & 5-month-old Paid Vacation: 1 week paid family’s choice 1 week paid nanny’s choice 3 sick or personal days All major holidays Requirements: Up-to-date vaccines required

Be present and naturally get down on the floor instead of watching from the couch.
Narrate the world to babies, turn ordinary afternoons into little adventures, and make reading the same book ten times feel just as exciting the tenth time.
Communicate openly with parents and build trust.
Be warm, patient, playful, and dependable to your core.
Love both stages of early childhood—the snuggly baby months and the wonderfully busy toddler years—and instinctively know when it's time to slow down for quiet cuddles or speed things up for an afternoon of imagination and play.
