About The Position
This is a full-time nanny position for a family with three children: a 3-year-old, a 9-month-old, and a baby due in November. The family lives on a hobby farm and is looking for an experienced, nurturing, and present nanny who enjoys hands-on care and thoughtfully weaves developmental learning into everyday play. The role involves both childcare and household support, including meal prep, dishes, laundry, and tidying. The parents work from home part-time and value open communication, consistency, and a nanny who can take the lead while respecting established routines. This is a long-term opportunity with a family who wants to grow alongside their nanny.
Requirements
- Previous nanny experience for a minimum of 2 years.
- Driver's license.
- Vehicle.
- Clean driving record.
- Up-to-date vaccinations preferred.

Responsibilities
- Creating engaging, active, and grounded days for the children.
- Getting outside often and planning simple outings.
- Reading books and helping children feel secure, stimulated, and cared for.
- Being hands-on and fully engaged, building connection in everyday moments.
- Thoughtfully weaving developmental learning into everyday play.
- Providing childcare and household support, including meal prep, dishes, laundry, and tidying.
- Taking initiative to help keep life running smoothly.
- Occasionally collecting eggs with the children (optional).
- Implementing established routines and rhythms with consistency.
- Communicating openly, honestly, and directly with the parents.
- Keeping parents looped in on the children's activities and well-being.
