About The Position
Dream Nannies is seeking an experienced, proactive Nanny/House Manager to support a busy, close-knit family in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The family has three children — ages 4 years, 3 years, and a newborn — and is looking for a nurturing, organized professional who enjoys balancing hands-on childcare with household management. This long-term position offers 40–50 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with flexibility appreciated as the family's schedule may occasionally change.
Requirements
- Experienced, proactive Nanny/House Manager
- Experience caring for newborns in a busy household
- Energetic, adaptable, detail-oriented, excellent communicator
Responsibilities
- Providing attentive, developmentally appropriate care

- Maintaining children's routines
- Handling family laundry
- Meal preparation
