Full-time Nanny in Burlingame, CA for 3-year-old Twins and a 9-year-old
About The Position
A thoughtful, hard-working family of 5 is seeking a loving, high-energy, and dependable nanny to care for their three children: 3-year-old twin daughters and a 9-year-old daughter. The family values kindness, communication, and creating a supportive, structured home environment. The parents typically work outside the home. The children are described as energetic, curious, and eager to learn and play. The twin daughters are active and enjoy games and the park, and are in a developmental stage of testing boundaries. The older twin loves positive encouragement, while the younger twin is social and adventurous. The 9-year-old daughter is precocious, sweet, soft-spoken, enjoys school, softball, hip-hop dance, and Math. The ideal nanny will excel at caring for toddlers, understand setting healthy boundaries, engage with children of different ages, and balance structure with fun. Safety and presence are paramount when caring for active toddlers. The role requires proactivity, organization, communication, and comfort in supporting a busy household. This position is a mix of childcare and household support, requiring flexibility, patience, openness to feedback, and a genuine desire to be an important part of the family.
Requirements
- Previous full-time nanny experience
- Experience caring for multiple children
- A valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
- Comfortable driving children in your personal vehicle (with car seats provided)
- Intermediate cooking skills
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- CPR-certified (pediatric) or willing to obtain
- Willing to work when children have mild illnesses

Responsibilities
- Household support
- School pick-ups and driving children to extracurricular activities and appointments
- Care for preschool-aged twins during afternoons
- Care for school-aged child after school
- Plan engaging, age-appropriate activities and outings
- Prepare meals for children and assist with family meal prep
- Family laundry
- Tidying and general household organization
- Loading/unloading the dishwasher
- Taking out the trash
- Support children’s routines (homework, hygiene, bedtime routines)
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe home environment
