About The Position

A West Loop family is seeking a full-time Nanny Manager for their two children, with a new baby expected this summer. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys a mix of childcare and household management. Since all children are in or will attend daycare/school, the position will focus heavily on safely transporting the children, keeping the home organized, and helping the household run smoothly. The family is hoping to find someone looking for a long-term position and would love to find a nanny manager who can grow with their family for many years to come! When the baby arrives, mom will be home from July 2026 through February 2027. During that time, responsibilities and daily flow may vary from day to day and week to week depending on the family’s needs. Flexibility and teamwork will be important during this transition period.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Comfortable with a parent that works from home occasionally
• Tdap and flu vaccines required

Responsibilities

• Safely drive children to and from school, daycare, and activities
• Assist with newborn support alongside mom during maternity leave period
• Keep common areas and children’s spaces tidy and organized
• Clean up child-related messes throughout the day
• Children’s laundry and household laundry
• Grocery shopping and household errands
• Meal prep for children/family
• Organize supplies, closets, and household systems
• Walk family dog 1–2 times daily
• General household support and proactive house management
• Housekeeping - if open to it (Not required)
