About The Position

Dream Nannies is seeking an exceptional, energetic, and initiative-driven Nanny/House Manager for a busy, active household in Simpsonville, SC. This is a Monday-to-Thursday role offering $25-30 per hour, ideal for someone who loves deeply engaging with children and is talented at keeping a home running smoothly. The role requires an adaptable, highly organized professional who can seamlessly balance the needs of two toddlers (and a baby on the way!) while independently managing household routines. The family has two children, ages 4 and 2, with a new baby arriving in January. The ideal candidate is active, playful, patient, safety-conscious, and confident encouraging development through hands-on learning, naturally incorporating preschool concepts into daily life. The family practices calm redirection and patient communication to confidently navigate big toddler emotions and follows a holistic lifestyle centered around clean, whole foods. Beyond childcare, the Nanny/House Manager will assist with laundry, tidying, dishes, organization, children’s meals, and household resets without needing direction. Familiarity with infant care, bottle washing, developmental milestones, and infant routines is important. The family works collaboratively and seeks a self-starting, upbeat professional who can observe, learn, adapt, and operate with independence. Flexibility is important, as occasional earlier starts, later evenings, additional hours, and domestic travel (including trips to Florida) may be needed.
