Requirements

Candidates must be comfortable with a hands-on position balancing childcare and housekeeping.
5+ years of experience in a similar Nanny / Housekeeper role.
Strong English communication skills (required).
Professional cleaner with excellent organizational skills.
Flexible, adaptable, and comfortable with frequent travel.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Provide attentive, nurturing care for three children ages 6, 5, and 2.
Engage children in creative, intellectually appropriate activities.
Maintain structure and routine while fostering a positive, engaging environment.
Travel with the family and provide consistent support while abroad.
Housekeeping – cleanliness, organization, and upkeep of the home.
Laundry care including ironing and wardrobe management.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Take initiative with household needs and anticipate tasks.
Act as a point person within the home and help oversee additional staff when needed.
Ensure the home runs smoothly in the absence of principals.
