About The Position
This warm Christian family is looking for an experienced nanny/household manager who will become a trusted teammate for years to come. With two daughters—ages three and nine—you'll enjoy a fun mix of preschool milestones and elementary-aged adventures. Your days will include morning and after-school routines, transportation to activities, homework help, reading together, crafts, outdoor adventures, light meal prep, and helping keep the household running smoothly through children's and parents' laundry, vacuuming, sweeping, and occasional local errands. The family is looking for someone who can confidently take ownership of the day and ease the mental load of running a busy household while working alongside Mom as a teammate. Faith is woven into this family's everyday life, and they'd love someone who feels comfortable supporting the values they're teaching their daughters and naturally welcoming faith conversations. This family isn't looking for a short-term solution; they're hoping to find someone who will become an important part of their lives for the next three years and beyond.
