Requirements

• Proven experience working with toddlers and young school-aged children
• Active demeanor and comfortable walking short distances in various weather conditions
• Valid driver's license (if choosing to drive for care duties)

• Proof of legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Walk (~15 minutes with stroller) to pick up the 2.5-year-old from downtown preschool at 3:00 PM, followed by picking up the older child from kindergarten
• Provide engaging afternoon care, lead outdoor/play activities, and take visits to local playgrounds or the library
• Prepare light snacks and assist with potty training/diapers as needed
• Maintain a warm, encouraging environment centered on outdoor play and reading
• Optional House Manager Responsibilities: Light organizing, running family errands, and meal prep (if expanding hours)
