NAND Tooling Hardware Engineer
About The Position
The NAND Tooling Hardware Engineer is responsible for the delivery of Test Hardware solutions on a global scale. The Tooling Hardware Engineer networks with global customers to identify Tooling HW requirements and delivers functional solutions to Product development schedule requirements. Provides direct Tooling HW Engineering services to global multiple functional NAND Product development teams. The Tooling Hardware Engineer delivers Tooling solutions for globally dispersed Engineering teams addressing ongoing sustainability & evolving NAND roadmap requirements for all Tooling Hardware solutions at Wafer test and Package test.
Requirements
- BS degree in either of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering disciplines.
- Experienced in the Application use of AutoCAD & related PCB design applications such as Fusion360 and SolidWorks.
- Experienced in Microsoft Office Products Suite.
Nice To Haves
- 10+ years developing and delivering Semiconductor Tooling Hardware solutions preferred.
