About The Position

In your role as a NAND Product Engineer, you will help define Apple's mass storage solutions for our current line of world-class products as well as have direct technical impact on what our future product capabilities will be. Requirements

• B.S. degree
• Experience in NAND development, specifically with product engineering, design, and/or process integration aspects of the technology
• Experience with NAND failure analysis, testing and/or debug efforts

Nice To Haves

• MS or PhD in a technical subject area and 3+ years of relevant experience
• Ability to do hands-on measurements of NAND array and connect single-cycle transistor properties, to full product operation
• Experience across multiple-lithos spanning basic device definition through final qualification
• Understanding of key NAND system specifications, with respect to embedded NAND and SSD solutions
• Experience in competitor analysis of NAND die and solutions
• Experience with NAND flash engineering, flash memory technology and processing
• 3-D NAND development experience
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
