About The Position

Your purpose as a Channel Account Manager is to develop and maintain relationships with channel partners and drive revenue. You will collaborate with internal teams to provide partner support, manage contracts and agreements, and monitor performance metrics. Your goal is to enhance partner satisfaction and loyalty while achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability. The Zoom sales team is a dynamic force driving the company's success. With a focus on delivering cutting- edge communication solutions for clients across all sectors, the team passionately engages with clients worldwide. Through strategic partnerships and a customer-centric approach, they play a pivotal role in expanding Zoom's global presence and ensuring businesses harness the full potential of virtual collaboration.

Requirements

  • Have experience in managing multiple channel partners and driving sales growth.
  • Experience with large AV Integrators, VAR’s and Service Providers
  • Experience with executive level engagements and communication
  • Able to work with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Building and maintaining solid relationships with channel partners to drive sales growth.
  • Supporting India channel partner strategy that includes onboarding & managing focus partners, growing indirect sales revenue, recruit new partners
  • Building business plans with Focus partners to drive mindshare, lead and SaaS growth
  • Executing sales training and provide marketing support
