About The Position

There are 3 main purposes of the job. First, to manage (train, coach, eliminate barriers, etc.) a group of agent partners responsible for both defending the base of customers and growing revenue through acquisition. Second, to grow the base of agent partners. Third, act as a resource, playing a critical role in escalations. Attendance is required in this position.

Requirements

  • 2 to 3 years of experience
  • Outside/Business-to-Business Sales, Telecom experience preferred
  • Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Ability to work successfully in a team environment
  • Knowledge of Cincinnati Bell systems and products
  • Attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Review all opportunities to help develop/create complete solutions - 60%
  • Champion internal and customer escalations (pricing, installs, outages, etc.) - 20%
  • Uncover and help resolve sales barriers for Partners - 5%
  • Drive proper behavior of Partners: i.e. sell value of altafiber products, find additional revenue with new products or missing products - 10%
  • Help coordinate needed training of processes and product for Partners - 5%
