About The Position
This role is responsible for managing specific raw material categories, ensuring the purchase of goods, materials, and services align with defined guidelines. The objective is to meet the company's operational needs by considering price, quality, and delivery, while ensuring continuity of supply with a set supplier base and alignment with Ferrero's central procurement strategy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-8 years procurement experience, preferably with 1-2 years of Raw Material Category management experience
- Experience working in a matrix organization
- Knowledge of the Global Raw Material market
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and influence others
- Ability to problem solve and set priorities
- Master of Microsoft Excel, PPT and SAP
Responsibilities
- Ensure supply continuity of local raw material categories with pricing, quality and delivery
- Implement central raw material strategy in NAM
- Manage budget for raw material categories
- Manage central and local stakeholders in a Matrix organization
- Manage RFI, RFQ, market analysis, risk management, price management
