About The Position

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Nails Artist to join our dynamic team in the Polymer / Plastic / Rubber industry, where innovation meets craftsmanship. This role is pivotal in developing and executing high-quality, custom-designed nail art that aligns with cutting-edge product aesthetics and brand identity. The Nails Artist will contribute to the visual and tactile experience of our polymer-based consumer products, ensuring each design reflects precision, durability, and artistic excellence.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in nail art, beauty, or creative design with a focus on durability and finish quality.
• Proficiency in using acrylics, gel polishes, and other polymer-based nail materials.
• Strong understanding of color theory, texture application, and surface adhesion principles.
• Ability to work with precision tools and follow technical specifications in a controlled environment.
• Familiarity with product testing protocols and documentation practices.
• Creative mindset with a portfolio showcasing original nail art designs and material experimentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency.
• Willingness to adapt to evolving product requirements and feedback from cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and create intricate nail art that complements polymer, plastic, and rubber-based product lines.
• Collaborate with product development and design teams to translate concepts into wearable, durable, and visually appealing nail designs.
• Experiment with color palettes, textures, and finishes using industry-standard materials and techniques.
• Test and evaluate the longevity, flexibility, and wear resistance of nail art under various environmental conditions.
• Maintain detailed records of design iterations, material usage, and performance feedback.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
• Stay current with emerging trends in nail art, materials, and sustainable practices within the polymer industry.
• Support product prototyping and client presentations with polished, ready-to-display nail art samples.
