Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of nail care, following milk + honey protocols, including natural and gel manicures/pedicures.
Support business growth by encouraging repeat visits and engaging in guest-focused activities, such as writing thank you notes and updating Treatment Cards with home care tips, next-visit details, and product recommendations.
