Job Summary: The Nail Technician provides professional nail care services at Spa 1919 while supporting the overall operations of the Creek Club Women’s Spa and Fitness areas. This role may also assist with Spa Attendant responsibilities to ensure seamless service flow and exceptional member and Guest experiences. In addition to providing nail services, the Nail Technician supports cleanliness, organization, and presentation within locker rooms, lounges, workout areas, and spa facilities. Responsibilities may extend beyond nail services and include sanitizing equipment, stocking and replenishing amenities and towels, managing laundry for the Women’s Locker Room and Spa 1919, assisting in fitness areas, and supporting front-desk and scheduling operations. Duties are subject to change based on operational needs. Seasonal Job: April 2, 2026-November 30, 2026 Hours: 10-25 weekly hours

Requirements

  • Active Nail Technician and/or Cosmetologist licensure in the State of Montana.
  • Ability to work flexible and varied schedules, including nights, weekends, holidays, split shifts, and overtime as needed.

  • High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain all state-required licenses, certifications, endorsements, and insurance necessary to provide nail care services in the State of Montana.
  • Safeguard Rock Creek Cattle Company, its employees, Members, and Guests by strictly adhering to all safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
  • Adhere to Spa 1919 treatment protocols, service standards, and operational procedures.
  • Monitor inventory of service products, tools, and supplies, and notify spa management when restocking is required to ensure uninterrupted service.
  • Develop and maintain working knowledge of appointment scheduling, Member check-in procedures, and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
  • Become familiar with all Creek Club facilities, equipment usage, amenities, cold plunge, sauna areas, and spa and fitness services; attend all required trainings.
  • Communicate warmly, effectively, and professionally with Members and Guests to build strong relationships and deliver personalized, memorable experiences.
  • Collaborate closely with Spa 1919 team members to coordinate daily operations with the Cattlemen’s Club, ensuring prompt service, accurate scheduling, and consistent Guest engagement.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with the General Manager and department leaders to support events, tournaments, large parties, and special service needs impacting spa operations.
  • Maintain awareness of upcoming Club events and reservations to support operational readiness and service consistency.
  • Support Member, Guest, and staff satisfaction by addressing questions or concerns, offering solutions, and sharing feedback or improvement ideas with management.
  • Report maintenance, safety, or facility issues promptly to the appropriate department.
  • Follow Company control procedures to safeguard Member information, Company property, and equipment.
  • Complete side work, opening, and closing duties efficiently and check out with management prior to clocking out.
  • Maintain Company cleanliness, sanitation, and presentation standards at all times.
  • Promptly report Member, Guest, employee, or personal injuries, accidents, concerns, or high-risk issues to management.
  • Participate in daily pre-shift meetings, staff meetings, required trainings, and safety briefings.
  • Adhere to Company policies regarding breaks and rest periods, seeking approval from management when required or permitted by law.
  • Accurately record time worked through established clock-in and clock-out procedures and monitor hours to avoid unapproved overtime.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned during operational needs or unexpected circumstances.
