About The Position

The Nail Technician is responsible for providing professional nail care treatments to our guests, ensuring an exceptional spa experience. They will offer a wide range of nail services, from basic manicures and pedicures to more advanced nail enhancements. The Nail Technician will maintain a clean and organized work area, uphold high standards of hygiene and sanitation, and actively promote the spa's products and services.

Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends.
Physical stamina to perform nail treatments throughout the day.
A positive, friendly, and professional demeanor.
State-issued Nail Technician License.
Proven experience as a Nail Technician, preferably in a spa or resort setting.

Responsibilities

Perform various nail care services, including but not limited to manicures, pedicures, acrylics, gels, and nail art.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and any nail conditions or allergies, ensuring a customized experience.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sterilizing tools and equipment, disposing of single-use items, and cleaning and disinfecting workstations.
Stay informed about the latest nail care products, trends, and techniques and incorporate them into services when appropriate.
Educate clients on proper nail care and recommend products for at-home maintenance.
Promote and sell nail care products, including polishes, lotions, and treatments, to clients.
Upsell spa services and packages to enhance the guest experience and revenue generation.
Manage client bookings, ensuring punctuality and professionalism in appointments.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with care and courtesy, aiming to provide satisfactory resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of client information, services provided, and retail sales.
Adhere to all spa protocols, procedures, and standards for quality and hygiene.
Keep an inventory of nail care supplies, report low stock levels, and assist in procurement.
Assist in spa marketing initiatives and events to attract and retain clients.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and continuous education programs.
