About The Position
The Nail Technician provides a superior level of manicure and pedicure services to Four Seasons guests. Responds to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfort.
Requirements
- Average reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
- Licensed Nail Technician with minimum 1 year of experience, preferably in luxury environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide a superior level of manicure and pedicure services.
- Handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints and assist guests in all inquiries in connection with the spa and fitness center.
- Upsell and create added value to our guest by staying current with both service and product offerings and to promote treatments and products by thorough knowledge of their health benefits.
- Achieve monthly retail sales goals.
- Keep all departmental areas neat and clean including treatment rooms and prep area.
- Operate, utilize and clean all equipment in the nail treatment room according to hotel and/or state board requirements including but not limited to: Manicure Table, Pedicure Chair, Nail Dryer, Towel Warmer, Paraffin Baths (Hands/Feet), Cuticle Nippers, Pushers, Etc., Nail Clippers, buffers, Files, Autoclave Audio Equipment
