About The Position

US Foot & Ankle Specialists is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Nail Technician to support routine and at-risk foot care for patients in a clinical setting. This role works closely with podiatrists and clinic staff to provide professional medical pedicure services while maintaining strict sanitation and safety standards. This position will travel between the following locations: Gettysburg: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and every other Friday Greencastle: Wednesday Hagerstown: Every other Friday

Requirements

Active Manicurist or Cosmetologist License in the applicable state
5+ years of experience as a nail technician or pedicurist
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships with patients and coworkers
Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment
Strong attention to detail and sanitation protocols
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy standards

Nice To Haves

Experience performing medical or at-risk foot care preferred

Responsibilities

Perform routine and at-risk foot care pedicures in a clinical environment
Treat all patients with compassion, professionalism, and respect
Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitized workspace
Sterilize instruments and maintain autoclave and sanitation logs
Ensure compliance with state board regulations and infection control standards
Assist with patient scheduling and appointment coordination
Enter treatment and worksheet data accurately into electronic systems
Support clinic operations by assisting with front desk or medical assistant tasks as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and patient records
Perform additional duties as assigned to support clinic operations
