About The Position
Hammer & Nails Grooming for Guys is bringing luxury men’s grooming to Chamblee and is hiring Nail Technicians to set the tone for excellence. This role is for an experience-focused professional ready to bring their skills to a premium grooming lounge and deliver the Golden Standard in luxury hand and foot care. This is not a discount shop — standards and pricing both stay premium. This role suits someone who takes pride in their craft, wants to work alongside an accountable team, and is ready to grow inside a concept expanding across metro Atlanta.
Requirements
- Georgia Nail Technician or Cosmetology License (required)
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to move efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional presentation and alignment with a premium guest experience standard
- Reliable availability on weekdays and weekends (opening and closing shifts)
- Must hold a valid Georgia Nail Technician License
- Able to commute or relocate to Chamblee, GA (30341)
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Responsibilities
- Deliver premium hand and foot care services — manicures, pedicures, and nail treatments — to a membership-based clientele that expects consistency, precision, and an elevated experience every visit.
- Build your book, grow within a structured artist development program, and perform in an environment designed around the guest experience from the moment they walk in to the moment they leave.
