About The Position
The Nail Technician provides manicure, pedicure, and other nail services and treatments to improve guests’ well-being and enhance the club experience. The role works with the LifeSpa and Salon team to deliver a superior experience in a professional atmosphere while supporting the organization’s mission, vision, and core values.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Two years of nail technician experience.
- Cosmetology license in the state where the work is performed.
- Nail technician certification.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized nail services and treatments that meet clients’ needs and expectations.
- Educate clients about LifeSpa and Salon products, services, and treatments.
- Discuss options with clients to identify their individual needs.
- Provide nail care services, including natural nail manicures, pedicures, and paraffin treatments.
- Promote and sell nail products, services, and treatments, and encourage repeat business.
- Keep certifications current and stay informed about new industry trends.
