Requirements

Valid Nail Technician license.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
No acrylics.
Training available.

Responsibilities

Perform manicures and pedicures to the highest standards.
Ensure the "Trilogy Experience" for members and guests by maintaining Trilogy's service standards.
Report any incidents or accidents to the Assistant Fitness & Spa Director and/or Fitness & Spa Director.
Understand and implement universal precautions when providing services.
Address and resolve any guest concerns to prevent customer dissatisfaction using excellent customer service skills.
