About The Position

This position is responsible for providing the highest level of internal and external customer service, upholding consistency in all standards set forth by Kohler Waters Spas and Forbes. A direct line of communication will be ongoing among fellow associates regarding needs and concerns, and a professional demeanor must be presented at all times. This is a full-time position working weekdays and weekends, with shifts varying between 8:00 am - 8:30 pm.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience to support employee development through training program
Strong communication skills
Ability to adapt to different learning styles
Solution-focused mindset delivering engaging sessions to employees
Develop and update training materials as needed
Assess training effectiveness and provide feedback
Support team performance improvements through coaching
Adapt training methods to meet diverse learner needs
Identify problems and implement practical solutions

Responsibilities

Providing guests with professional nail services that exceed their expectations
Cleaning assigned work areas after every service and being knowledgeable of appropriate sanitary procedures
Professionally informing guests of available services, retail products, and amenities within the spa and throughout the hotel
Maintaining continuing education criteria based on State of Wisconsin requirements
Adhering to policies put in place by Forbes, Kohler Waters Spa and Kohler Co.
Oversees all new hire training for technical performance and Forbes standards
Participates in spa menu development (research, ideas, drafting SOPs)
Manage additional projects as assigned by Lead
Helps manage schedule of associates and in-house trainings
Mandatory attendance at in-house trainings
