Nail Tech
About The Position
This role involves providing a variety of individualized nail services and treatments, including hand and foot massage, manicure, pedicure, nail care, and polish application. The Nail Tech will maintain up-to-date knowledge of nail care, maintenance, and products. A key aspect of the role is offering the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, helpful, and professional attitude with all guests and team members. The Nail Tech will also communicate and describe salon offerings, including pricing and their benefits, and recommend and up-sell services and products that fit the guests’ needs. Demonstrating respect, sensitivity, and concern for guests’ needs in a professional manner is essential. The role also includes responsibilities for ensuring the work area is clean and ready for each client, proper sanitation and restocking according to departmental policy, and maintaining a clean, organized work area with adequate supplies and attractively displayed retail products. Other duties as assigned may also be part of the role.
