About The Position
Ocean Tides Spa is seeking a talented and guest-focused Nail Technician to provide exceptional manicure, pedicure, and nail care services in a luxury resort spa environment. This role is responsible for delivering personalized treatments, maintaining professional sanitation standards, and creating a relaxing and memorable experience for every guest while embodying the service culture of Omni Hotels & Resorts.
Requirements
- Current South Carolina Nail Technician or Cosmetology license required
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive hand motions
Nice To Haves
- Previous luxury spa or resort experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel polish applications, nail art, and specialty treatments
- Consult with guests to recommend services and retail products based on individual needs
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms, tools, and equipment in accordance with state board regulations and resort standards
- Promote spa services, packages, memberships, and retail offerings to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure all guest interactions reflect luxury hospitality and exceptional customer service
- Maintain knowledge of current nail trends, techniques, and products
- Support overall spa operations and assist team members as needed
- Accurately document guest preferences and service notes
