Requirements

• You must have a current Cosmetology license in the state of Oklahoma.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to accommodate guest schedules.
• Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with clients, team members, and management.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform various physical tasks, including bending and reaching.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a hotel or resort spa is preferred.
• A true love for nail care, creativity, and making guests feel pampered.
• Ability to educate clients on retail products and services to enhance their spa experience and meet daily sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest with a smile, guide them through our menu of services, and suggest personalized treatments that match their needs.
• Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, hot stone treatments, paraffin wax, nail shaping, and gel polish to perfection.
• Engage with clients to assess their nail health and discuss the best treatments for their hands and feet.
• Record detailed SOAP notes and maintain accurate client records for future visits.
• Actively contribute to retail sales by educating clients on the benefits of our high-quality nail care products, maintaining an excellent retail-to-service ratio.
• Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and keep your state Cosmetology license in compliance with Oklahoma’s regulations.
• Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, orderliness, and presentation of your work area and all spa facilities.
• Work harmoniously with colleagues and management to maintain a professional and enjoyable atmosphere.
• Help create lasting, positive impressions on all guests.
• Always ensure guests are fully satisfied with their service.
• Handle any guest requests, inquiries, or concerns with professionalism and hospitality.
• Assist with daily side work, opening/closing duties, and ensure the spa is always ready to provide an amazing guest experience.
