About The Position

This role at NAI Northern California is for individuals with an athletic mindset, characterized by discipline, resilience, motivation, adaptability, communication, teamwork, leadership, and composure. Brokers help clients make informed decisions regarding properties like shopping centers, offices, industrial complexes, or multifamily buildings for investment purposes, secondary income, retirement, diversification, or tax shelters. The company provides extensive hands-on training and mentoring to help brokers become Commercial Real Estate experts, aiming for significant income potential, with first-year commissions ranging from $50,000 to $100,000+, and potential to exceed $1,000,000+ by the fifth year. Success in this commission-only sales role requires a resilient, self-driven, and continuously learning individual who thrives in a collaborative yet competitive environment. NAI Northern California is a technology-enabled brokerage, part of the global NAI Global network, and is rapidly expanding in the Bay Area.
