About The Position

NAI Northern California is seeking highly driven individuals with an "athlete" mindset to join their brokerage teams as Commercial Real Estate Brokers. This role is for a high-performance culture that values grit, perseverance, and a winning attitude. The company is a technology-enabled commercial real estate brokerage with offices in San Francisco, Oakland, and San Jose, and is part of NAI Global, one of the largest commercial real estate networks worldwide. Brokers will help clients make informed decisions regarding commercial real estate investments, such as shopping centers, offices, industrial complexes, or multifamily buildings, for purposes like secondary income, retirement cash flow, diversification, or tax shelters. The position offers an unlimited opportunity for income, with significant commission potential starting from the first year. New hires will undergo a hands-on training program and receive ongoing mentoring and coaching from a supportive management team and experienced brokers.
